Excellent 12-fret guitar by Bourgeois, built in 1997. This Martin Simpson signature model is a verifiable cannon with solid Adirondack spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back & sides. Great for both fingerstyle and flatpicking. Shows some expected signs of wear, but overall in very good condition and obviously plays & sounds incredible. Calton hard case included.
