PLEASE NOTE: ALL USED & CONSIGNMENT PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALES, NO RETURNS
Here we have a pretty special acoustic consignment! This is a Gibson B-25 from the early-mid 1960s! This guitar had one owner throughout its life, and it was taken great care of over the past 60+ years. The top is a solid cut of spruce, paired with mahogany on the back and sides to give the player a very classic pairing of tone woods. The B-25 is a parlor-sized guitar, which is a full-scale acoustic with a smaller body. This provides the player with extra comfort in the smaller body, and less projection for a more intimate performance. Solid wood likes to open up over time, as the wood molecules settle into place, unlocking a richness that is only achievable with age. This guitar is currently setup with low-action on the strings, allowing for ease in fretting your strings while you play. Keep in mind, with lower action, technique matters more to prevent buzzing on the frets. This guitar is easy to play, and for our seasoned guitar players looking for a new vintage piece, this is a great choice! Sold with a brand new hard case, this is a guitar worth checking out. Come on by and give it a try!
