Here we have another excellent, hand-made banjo from our pal Chuck up in Gold Hill! This is the 12" Ute-standard, a 5-string openback banjo made with his finest materials. Chuck sources fine pieces of wood for constructing Ute necks, with plenty of craftsmanship involved in shaping it to make it as comfortable as he can for the player. The hardware on the pot and neck is the best in his shop, making this a sturdy build that will hold tune as well as possible, and playing as smooth as can be. This model is a great one worth trying out next time you're in the shop. Come on by and give this new Ute-standard a strum!
