This striking Stelling Bellflower 5-string banjo was built in 1983 and exemplifies the company's attention to quality. Made of Virginia Black Walnut, the Bellflower model boasts a natural beauty, accentuated by classy appointments such as a floral inlay pattern, and ivoroid binding on the neck and resonator. This model also features the Tony Pass 600TS Old Wood rim, which was made with wood which had been underwater for decades. After a special kiln drying process, this wood is in better than new condition (acoustically speaking) because of the age of the wood combined with the microbiological action to which it was subjected for so many years.
