Very rare Ampeg electric bass, built circa 1968. These eye-catching basses were only produced for a short period of time (less than two years), and they've since become increasingly collectible. Beautiful cherry-red finish with f-holes cut right into the body, scroll-style headstock, "mystery" vibration-based pickup under the bridge and many other unique features. Some expected signs of natural aging, but overall in very good shape and easy to play. Padded bag included.
