Vintage classical guitar by Ramirez, Madrid-built in the 50s/60s. This brand of classical guitar is best known for being Andres Segovia's choice, as well as the instrument George Harrison played on "And I Love Her." This particular model is the Blue Label series, which was basically a student level with all solid wood construction. It has seen a lot of use over the years but has been refurbished and repaired to be in perfect working order. Solid spruce top. What makes it particularly unique is the presence of solid Brazilian rosewood on the back & sides, which in itself is endangered and rare. Very comfortable to play and a lovely, warm tone. Chipboard case included.
