Here’s a great consignment Gretsch! Introducing the Gretsch Power Jet, a 2 humbucker electric guitar with a Bigsby tremolo bridge! This guitar has a phenomenal tone, and is set up with easy to play action. For that classic Gretsch tone, the Power Jet is equipped with two TV Jones pickups. For running the electronics, you have three knobs and two selectors for each pickup. The knob at the top horn is the guitar's master volume, connecting to both pickups for complete control over your signal. Below the bridge, you have two volume knobs that are each routed to their respective pickup. The knob closer to the bridge is for the neck pickup, and the knob closer to the input jack is for the bridge pickup. To the left of the neck you have your two selectors for each pickup, the higher being for the neck and lower for the bridge. With the top selector to the left, the neck pickup has a lowpass filter cutting off the treble frequencies. In the central position, the neck pickup gains more mids. With the top knob set to the right, the neck pickup is bypassed, allowing you to solo the bridge pickup. The bridge pickup selector gives you 3 choices of EQ. Set to the left position, you have a lowpass filter that cuts off the trebles. Set to the middle, you have a lowpass filter that boosts your trebles and cuts out bass. Set to the right, the bridge pickup focuses the tone to the mids. Sold with a hardshell case, this is a great guitar to try out! Come on by and give the Power Jet a spin and see what music you can make!
