This mando is pretty solid! Here we have an MD304 from Eastman! This is an A-frame mandolin made with all-solid wood. Eastman chose to combine spruce on the top with maple for the back & sides on this model. This combination of soft woods provides a delicate and bright tone, with plenty of projection. As an A-frame mandolin, this model is built with an ovular soundhole, rather than f-holes. This provides a slightly different tone in projection, with sharpness and clarity being prominent features. Sold with the original Eastman case, this is a great mandolin to try out! Come on by and give this mando a pick!
