The Loar is a company that specializes in recreating models of what they consider the golden age of mandolins. This mandolin from The Loar is one of their F-style models constructed with a spruce top and maple back & sides. While outsourcing their manufacturing to China, The Loar still has all of their design and wood sourcing overseen here in the US. Made with good construction, this is a great option for anyone looking into a reliable and well-made mandolin. Being a more sought after body shape, this mandolin is a stellar choice for those on the search of a sturdy F-style mando! Sold with a case.
