Our classical wall is filling up quickly! Here we have a phenomenal Yamaha GC-21C constructed in Japan in April, 2005. This guitar is part of Yamaha’s intermediate line of classical guitars, and the construction shows exactly why. This guitar is all-solid wood, with a cedar top and rosewood back & sides. Cedar is one of my favorite tonewoods used on classical guitars, giving the guitar a slightly different articulation than spruce, with more warmth and a touch of extra sweetness. The rosewood for the back & sides is what gives this model its projection and sustain. Combining these woods gives you a great tone that is balanced between frequencies, and echoes a sweet sustain. Come on by and try out this beautiful classical from Yamaha! Sold with a case.
